CONCEALED WEAPON LICENSE REPLACEMENTS NOW AVAILABLE IN LEE COUNTY
June 25, 2026 • ServicesCustomers no longer need to travel to North Port or mail paperwork to Tallahassee to replace a lost, stolen, or damaged concealed weapon license.
The Lee County Tax Collector’s Office now offers concealed weapon license replacement services at our Downtown Fort Myers service center, making the process faster and more convenient for residents.
“We’re always looking for ways to make government services more accessible,” said Noelle Branning, Lee County Tax Collector. “What used to require a drive out of town or mailing paperwork across the state can now be handled right here in our own county. It’s one more way we’re delivering on our mission of providing 5-star service.”
The new service is available through a partnership with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
“We are pleased to be able to expand our partnership to make it easier and more convenient for Floridians to receive concealed weapon license services and exercise their Second Amendment rights,” said Florida Commissioner of Agriculture Wilton Simpson.
Original, renewal and replacement licenses are available by appointment at the Lee County Tax Collector’s Downtown Fort Myers service center, 2480 Thompson Street, Fort Myers, Florida 33901.
