Real estate has been a big part of my life for many years—not only professionally, but personally. My wife, Christine, and I are active real estate investors, so I understand firsthand what it’s like to buy, improve, manage, and ultimately sell a property. That experience gives me a perspective that goes beyond simply putting a home on the market. As a Realtor with John R. Wood Properties, I focus on Fort Myers Beach, Fort Myers, Estero, and Bonita Springs. To date, I have processed more than 370 transactions representing over $170 million in sales volume. I also developed high level knowledge of construction, from initial design and building process through completion and closing.
