2026 President Shane Spring will introduce an updated Strategic Plan to address the evolving needs of the real estate industry, the association, and its members. A focus of his presidency is the theme “Evolution: Building a Stronger Future Together,” which reflects his commitment to guiding Southwest Florida’s real estate community through growth, change, and innovation. The theme highlights Spring’s dedication to collaboration, innovation, and unity among the Board of Directors, members, and staff, while emphasizing the importance of adapting to market dynamics, protecting property rights, and fostering a vibrant future for the region’s real estate industry.

“2026 is about moving forward together. By listening, adapting, and working side by side, we can grow in ways that strengthen real estate in Southwest Florida and benefit our members, the association, and our community,” said Shane Spring, 2026 RPCRA President.
