St. Raphael’s Essentrics exercise classes meet every Thursday in Comfort Hall (with social distancing) from 10 a.m. to 11a.m. for a FREE one hour class. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a mat if you have one. This class is for all ages and all fitness levels.
