Samantha leads the firm’s Recruiting Services, partnering with organizations to provide strategic hiring solutions across Accounting, Finance, Marketing, HR, Project Management, and Executive leadership roles. She develops role definitions, assesses market conditions, and manages the full recruiting lifecycle to ensure a high-touch experience for both clients and candidates.

She joined MarkhamNorton in 2026, bringing over 20 years of experience and a strong foundation in education, ed-tech, and multi-industry recruiting. Samantha has built scalable recruiting processes, led high-impact hiring initiatives, and partnered with leadership teams to drive organizational growth through workforce planning and strategic talent alignment.

Samantha earned her degree from Central Michigan University and is committed to helping organizations build high-performing teams that drive performance, protect culture, and achieve long-term success.
