“Glow by the Gulf,” a New Beachside Wellness Experience

A new wellness-focused community event is coming to Fort Myers Beach with the debut of Glow by the Gulf, a one-day beachside experience centered around movement, mindfulness, and coastal living.

Hosted by What’s Up FMB, Glow by the Gulf will take place on Saturday, April 18, 2026, with activities throughout the day at Santini Plaza and the surrounding beachfront.

The event will feature a full lineup of wellness programming, including:

• Sunrise yoga on the beach
• Guided meditation and wellness sessions
• Fitness classes and movement-based activities
• A sunset sound bowl experience
• A curated Vendor Village at Santini Plaza (9:00 AM – 2:00 PM)
• Beach Sessions: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM & 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

The Vendor Village will showcase a range of health, wellness, beauty, and fitness-focused businesses, offering attendees the opportunity to explore products and services that support healthy, active lifestyles.

All beach wellness sessions are free and open to the public, creating an accessible and welcoming experience for both residents and visitors.

Organizers hope to grow Glow by the Gulf into an annual event and expand wellness programming on the island throughout the year.
