Amanda Barritt Rejoins Henderson Franklin as Stockholder

The law firm of Henderson, Franklin, Starnes & Holt, P.A. is pleased to announce that Amanda K. Barritt has returned as a stockholder in the Real Estate Department. She shares,

Barritt is a Florida Bar Board Certified attorney in Condominium and Planned Development Law and focuses her practice on commercial real estate development, commercial real estate transactions, and community association law. With over 20 years of experience, she represents developers, investors, lenders, property owners, and community associations across a wide range of real estate matters, advising clients through all phases of development and transaction structuring.

Barritt’s experience includes handling complex, multi-phase and mixed-use developments, as well as advising on the formation and governance of condominium and homeowners’ associations. She has been recognized by Florida Trend’s “Legal Elite,” Florida Super Lawyers, Best Lawyers in America, and Naples Illustrated for her work in real estate and community association law.
Barritt is active in the community, serving on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity of Lee & Hendry Counties, where she is Chair of the Family Selections Committee. She is also a member and Program Chair of the Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Network Naples/Fort Myers Chapter, and serves on an allocations committee for the United Way of Lee, Hendry & Glades Counties.
