Join The Beach Bar and Christine Armstrong for weekly yoga classes!! Join us with a morning greeting to the light and a quiet reflexion every Tuesday at 9:30. Yoga for all, from newbie to experienced for a slow flow class to light you from the inside out. A gentle, but intense session to keep you glowing for the year.
Bring a large (or 2) beach towel, an old yoga mat and water. Cost is $10 and includes a free drink after the session.
