Motivation Monday:Yoga & Meditation – Every First and Fifth Monday at 6pm
Donations accepted but not required

Fit Zone – Every Second Monday of each month at 6pm
Come and dance it out at KRZ with Zumba Fitness. Donations accepted.

Peer Support Group – Every Mon, Weds, and Fri from 12pm – 1pm
A free, trained, peer led support group for any adults who have struggled with substance misuse. Come share your story, gain support and support others in similar circumstances.

Drop-In – Every Mon, Tues, and Fri from 1pm – 3pm
A free, unstructured time for any adult struggling with or recovering from addiction to come for a safe place to socialize with others.

Dual Recovery Anonymous – Every Tues 3pm – 4pm
A free, peer-run, self-help group for individuals with mental health issues and substance use disorders to gain support and peer insight.

Cooking Class – Fourth Monday of every month at 6pm
Cooking for recovery is a great way to help promote health and well-being. Not only is it a great way to nourish your body with wholesome ingredients, but it can also be a fun and creative way to express yourself. Join us.
