Sign up for the summer session of Guests First, a free educational program for Lee County hospitality employees that offers customer service skills training to front-line and management professionals. Summer classes begin June 5 and offer a unique opportunity for participants to enhance their self-awareness in interactions with others while having fun in the process. The program consists of eight modules, each lasting 2.5 hours. The classes are held at industry partner locations throughout Lee County. Those who successfully complete the Guests First program and pass the American Hotel Lodging & Education Institute (AHLEI) examination will earn the globally recognized credentials of a Certified Guest Service Professional (CGSP).
