18th Annual Taste of the Beach Announced for Sunday April 28, 2013

The Greater Fort Myers Beach Area Chamber of Commerce today announced that the 18^th Annual Taste of the Beach will be held Sunday April 28, 2013. More than 20 restaurants plus live on-stage concerts by country rock recording artists Craig Campbell, Brett Eldredge and the Grayson Rogers Band will be featured at this year’s event.

Restaurants will serve samples of their signature dishes available for purchase and compete for top Taste of the Beach Award honors in the categories of Best Appetizer, Best Desert, and four awards for Best Entrée. Gates open at 11:00 a.m. Food will be served until 6:00 p.m. Tickets will be available on site. Admission is $5 for adults and children over 12. Children under 12 are free. Food tickets will be $1.00 each, with a $5 average food serving price .
